What is "Mail Art?" Mail Art is anything you create that can be sent through the postal system. Every year the Courtyard Gallery in Asheville, North Carolina exhibits Mail Art that it receives in the mail. The 2010 Exhibit. "Anything Goes ... Using twigs (of course) as part of my mail art, this designs represents a game of tic-tac-toe or is it twig-tac-toe? Mail art pieces must go through the postal system and be postmarked in order to be eligible for this exhibit. This piece was exhibited at the Courtyard Gallery from September through November 2010.
